| I'm trying to sell my stripped lower that is currently in NJ to a friend in MA and I'm a bit confused. I was told by his FFL that I need to have my FFL do the transfer, rather than myself checking his FFL license and I send him a copy of my driver license with the package. Can you guys tell me if this is a new rule in MA? Thank you in advance for the help. |
