Whats the deal with the guys that drive around in marked cars. Tahoes, Crown Vic's, POLICE plastered on every side, push bumpers, more lights than a firetruck, and limo tint windows?

Can they enforce traffic laws if they don't see a violation involving an animal? The state gives these people equipment like this and it seems to go straight to their heads. They constantly harass other drivers and drive like you'd expect a Trooper to.

Do they have MDT's that can run plates? And yes, I passed one today and he immediately started tailgating me like he was going to pull me over. I called his bluff, didn't slow down and he eventually passed me and took off down the highway probably reaching 80-90.

They are a bunch of useless monkeys.

They are not funded by Taxpayers.

They get their money from handing out fines , ie harass shops, grocery stores.

On rare occasions, they actually do their jobs....take care of abused animals.

I figured as much... They even have state tags on their cars. Very frustrating to see them bully people who don't know any better.

My understanding is that they are not sworn LEOs, so basically they are like parking enforcement but for animals.

Here's an example of the Tahoes they drive. See them a lot up north, usually parked on the shoulder pretending to do traffic I guess.

I did once had an interaction with their "telephone harassment unit"
My dog was out to do her business , and the crazy catlady across the street reported it.
