| Was at FFL PICKING UP MY CATTLEMAN, saw this very hot looking AR done in steel blue coat. Counter guy said they build them down the street, pretty much custom built. Anyone else here of them or is my "rock living" showing again? |

Are you drunk, Lion_Dog?
Because I have no idea what you are asking.
Oh wait!! You mean Jersey Elitre Manufactruring (JEM). Heh, never knew this place existed and they are not too far from me. Jersey Elite Manufacturing (JEM) They must be fairly new as their website is a little scarce on information. Their guns look nice ut I'd like to know more too. |

Jersey Elite Manufacturing dba JEM Arms
ETA: Damn. I didn't see that you posted the same info. |

I know this is an old thread, but I can give you some more info on JEM, Bill (Krauss) one of the owners of JEM used to be my boss. He is a big wig when it comes to the manufacturing world. He ran the manufacturing engineering department at Mossberg for the last few yrs before he opened up JEM. As shocking as it may sound the guys in manufacturing engineering at mossberg actually developed the lefty 500 shotgun under him. And his partner Kevin has ran a job shop for years making high precision medical equipment. Anyway, I own 2 AR's from the one in 16" that i purchased thru them and one in 18" cold hammer forged from Daniel defense. and I love them both, I never thought that I would own one but I love it, the tolerances are extremely tight for an AR. the rifles themselves are stupid accurate, and my pops who has never been a fan of AR's bought a 300 black out from them. If you live right down the road call krauss up, he loves to take people out shooting with his guns. Last I talked to him he was talking about an AR-10 also.
hope this is not considered soliciting Tony |
