So in the NJ law, it states "COLT AR-15". So my question is for you guys from NJ, if I have a COLT M-4 Carbine marked receiver that does not contain the "3" traits of an assault weapon (i.e. pistol grip detached magazine, telescoping stock, bayonet lug, flash suppressor etc.), Is it a banned rifle in NJ?
I know the rules about AR's in the commie state, this is just specifically about the banned by name "COLT AR-15 vs COLT M4 CARBINE" portion. also, I guess the same would apply if one had a Bushmaster AR-15 or Bushmaster XM15. 
ETA: No its not select fire and I cant believe I have to add this, but since someone will say it, I might as well save them the time. Rifle in question is a COLT LE6920 with muzzle brake and pinned stock with bayonet lug removed. |

| I have a Mk12 Mod 1 and had to have the Ops Inc. Brake pinned and welded... Wasn't happy about that but I wanted the Mk12. Just sucks moose balls that I can't file the forms for the suppressor and screw it onto barrell like the majority of people in free states can.. |
