Can anyone tell me: after you get fingerprinted, do you have to turn the form into the agency processing your application or do they automatically get a copy?

You need to turn in the paper from the fingerprinting place with your application.

My local PD did the fingerprinting and all the paperwork goes to them.

I had an outside company do the electronic fingerprint. You turn in the codes to the police in order to get your ID card. That was Buena NJ anyway and took me 13 weeks for my permits the second time

Fingerprinted on Friday. My father went today (Wednesday) to drop off the fingerprint form and my permit was ready for pick-up!
