I had my G19 slide done in burnt bronze recently by GSD Coating in Keyport. Looks nice and figured I'd share a couple terrible photos taken with my phone. No word on staying power of the coating yet since I've not fired it. GSD had great/fast communication by email and the price was reasonable IMO. This was my first Cerakoted gun part but I really like the texture and look. http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/mineredward/Glock_Burnt_bronze_2_zpsb3244ff2.jpeg http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/mineredward/glock2_zps928d5eb2.jpeg Niiice.... |

Not sure but I do know it would depend on number of colors and layers. A three color multi-cam would cost more than one color all over since they need to layer in patterns. I checked prices at other places and these guys were priced good and they happen to be "cerakote certified". Honestly, I don't what that means exactly and wouldn't assume it makes them necessarily the best at it but it was something I considered when shopping around. I'll be sure to report back if I see any issues with the longevity (though I'm not sure what I should expect). |

Certified means probably trained on how to properly use it via Cerakote instruction. |
