Well, I don't believe that adjustable stocks are technically illegal in NJ. What is illegal is if it is installed on a rifle that makes it have the # of evil components explained by the law. I'm sure that If I am not correct someone here will let us know. So, what I have done in the past is order and have pinned to my desired length whatever stock I want and have that shipped to me.
That obviously assumes that you are certain of the length that you want the stock pinned. Or better yet, take a ride to PA and fine one you like, figure out what position you want it pinned and get the sucker pinned. Not sure that helps, but that may be an option. Best of luck. |

Yep. I just built an AR using the Magpul fixed rifle stock... I like that it's got an internal storage compartment... I keep some spare parts and tools in there. |
