Question #4:Do you agree that the Second Amendment gives citizens the right to own and bear guns without infringement?
The only correct answer to this is NO, as the second Amendment GIVES us nothing! It merely codifies and secures a pre-existant, god-given right. However to answer yes, will be used by the opposition to say, if the 2A GIVES you this right, we can just repeal it, and take that right away. And on the other side of the coin, to answer no, the correct answer, will be used by them to demonstrate that the majority of people agree that the 2A does NOT give us the RKBA, therefore we can restrict anything and everything we want, when we want, and it will be constitutional, and you can do nothing about it. The wording is important, extremely important, just as it was when the founding documents were written. Until they start asking the question correctly, without deliberate intent to entrap us in our own votes, I will refuse to partake in these polls, as it does zero good for our side. enjoy. |
