I'm not affiated with this shop and I don;t know any of the owners or employees personally.

On Thursday I stopped in Luciano's Sporting Arms in Woodland Park on McBride Ave.   I found the place on CCI ammo's website, I was looking for a ammo dealer.  Any way the place is 15 mins from my house so i thought I'd stop in.

Selecrtion of AR's in stock was good.. I counted 15 new ARs, colts, bushies, Armalite and LWRC.  Also had a FN F2000, HK USC, a highpoint in 9mm and some other futuristic looking carbine that was chambe in .45  Prices seemed inline with what I'd expect at a brick and morter store.  1300 for a colt mt6400 new, stgs i think were 1050.  The HK USC might havbe been a bit on the high side at 1800, but everything is negotiable i'd think if i come in with cash and was a serious buyer, right?. I was the only one in the store a the sale guy Anthony was very friendly, had no problem taking about half of dozen rifles off the wall for me.  We talked for about 45 mins about the guns and local ranges.  He's looking into the availabily of an Armalite AR in .22 NJ compliant.

They had a smith and wesson M&P AR in .22 LR for $499 which i thought was a very good price. I was in Wall.Seagirt and a shop on RT35 wanted 725 for the same one,  Buds sells them for 425 so add FFL trander fess ,NICS and Shpping i think the price is resonable.

I dont know much about hanguns but there were plenty of Glocks, Kinbers, HK,  Also about 40-50 hunting riflles , Marlin, Reminignton, Henry.  A saw a small amount of reloading stuff, primer, powder..

After a 10 minutes the owner came over and shook my hand and introduced himself.  They're building a range, 25yd-50 yd. on location.  will be ready in the spring.

In the end i bought a brick of Federal .22 LR ammo.    Waiting to hear on a price for the Amralite AR in .22

I've been in there a few times.  Everyone there is really friendly and they have pretty good prices.  I got a great deal on a used Beretta 87 Cheetah.  I'm looking forward to the range opening.

I think RTSP is good also. These guys are working at having a range by spring of next year as well, which will be fantastic.

stopped by this afternoon on my lunch break.

nice shop, quick to get there right off of rt.46.

had to apologize to the guy running the garage on the corner for parking in his lot and not asking first. guess i'll know better next time.

anyway, will be nice if they open up a range. pretty big selection of black rifles and a saiga 12 as well. a bunch of NJ-compliant mags for sale.

thanks for the heads up on this place. i'm sure i'll be back in there.
