Most of the bad guys only bothered each other for the very reason of you never know who is carrying, and what do ya know! almost no gun crime! | LOL not in my Department, no back up guns, I caught it along with the firearms instructor, because he let me qualify with 3 off duty guns....get this? He can't see why anyone needs more than one gun.....well he is smarter than me, he spent a few days in a psych unit...as a guest... |

No back up? hmm, that makes perfect sense, modern issued guns never jam, break, or end up in the wrong hands 
I think its time to produce a write up with pros and cons for a policy change so you can qualify with back up and personal weapons for use. |
