Anyone in the north jersey area with a C&R? I
have a few questions about the application and would like to talk to someone who has gone through the process before. Thanks for any help guys. |
| I had one but let it expire. In NJ you can NOT have C&R guns shipped to your home. The only advantage the C&R gives you in NJ is that you don't need a NICS check for C&R guns. Most of the FFL's I delt with dis not know this and even when I would bring a copy of the law and my C&R with me they didn't want to sell me a gun without a NICS. I ended up paying NICS anyway. I found no benifit to have the C&R in the PRNJ. |
