So I always complain that I want out of NJ, so I am visiting DC for a few days. Somehow, this does not feel like a win at all.

Going from NJ to DC is like descending to a lower level of Hell.
Be careful, don't get any on you. And, remember to shower immediately when you come home.

DC is a fun city. Lots to see for free, if you can go to the Library of Congress and to be overwhelmed visit the National Archives where the Constitution if housed.
One little known museum is the National Portrait Gallery, worth the visit.

The NRA museum is in Fairfax, VA about 30 minutes from DC. Admission is free for all NRA members.

I like roaming around DC. Its fun. Make sure to check out all the museums and moments and memorials.
