Going up to the Poconos for the weekend and need a place somewhere in central/northern NJ thats on the way that sells surplus ammo, specifically 7.62x54r and even more specifically that steel cased copper bullshit that comes in those rectangle type cans that are a bitch to open. I doubt Sarco has anything on the account of they never do.

Thanks

Why not just go to Cabelas first then? Its only about 30 miles south of the Poconos.

might depend on what you consider the 'poconos' but, if you go the cabela's route, and then stay on 61 north there might be a few places you could check out along the way northbound.

EDIT: there are a few places i'd recommend checking out in orwigsburg, frackville and tamaqua (again, that depends upon how far west you're considering the 'poconos')

Poconos huh?  You can always stop at Dunkelbergers in Stroudsburg, and say hi to a recent NJ escapee.

Where im heading is Blooming Grove / Lake Wallenpaupack. Ive taken the Cabelas route there and its way out of the way. Problem is i dont have all the time in the world. I have to make a meeting 7 and ill be leaving at 330ish and that leaves me no room for extra time to take a long route.

I figured id ask and see if there were any shops literally on the way
