[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need Help with Noveske factory seconds

I just bought a complete rifle from Noveske, and with a complete rifle or a complete upper, they are supposed to send a free factory "cosmetic second" lower receiver. Unfortunately, Noveske says that they won't send lower receivers to NJ. Per the ad: http://www.noveskerifleworks.com/lower_promotion/

My dealer has contacted Noveske, and I have contacted Noveske. My dealer was told he would be sent a voucher but has not received it as of yet. I was told by several people at Noveske that they won't send the receiver or the voucher because the legality is ambiguous. They said that thay have contacted the ATF and can't get an opinion. They also contacted other manufacutrers and dealers and supposedly no one sends lowers to NJ.

Can someone send me a link to some official state document that I can e-mail or a contact number of someone that I can give to Noveske to convince tham that I can get the free lower?

Thanks for your help.

ETA: PK90 (Arms-N-Ammo) is my dealer and has been working hard to help me with this issue.

Can you do this?

Hey Fella,

I don't know if it'll help or not but I just got 3 stripped lowers from Rock River Arms. Had them transferred through Butch's Gun Shop in Vineland, NJ. So, they are not correct when they say that no one sends stripped lowers to NJ.

I've had 3 stripped lowers transferred to me through Vinnie at Hunting World from 2 seperate vendors, one direct from the manufacturer.

Isn't it the responsibility of the local FFL to verify legality of the sale?

Stripped lowers can be shipped to NJ, Noveske is just a bunch of fucking assholes. A few years ago PK90 did a group buy of Ameetech Lowers and he has delton lowers for sale real cheap.

I have bought 2 stripped DPMS Lowers from Caso's and 1 Cavalry Lower from PK90.

All no issues.

Did they send you the upper yet? If not cancel the order and tell them that you will purchase the rifle from a dealer such as Rainier Arms. Noveske dealers are participating in the same promotion and will send you the free lower with zero issues.

BTW What rifle did you order?

The Rainier idea would've been a great idea but too late. And besides I like to support the local guys

N4 Light Recce VIS Switchblock

Just picked it up last night.

This what it looks like for now. Right now has Vltor A1 Clubfoot fixed stock, and thanks to PK90 a pinned PWS FSC556 and enhanced trigger guard.

I've got some new furniture coming (all FDE) UBR, ACOG, ladder covers, BUIS, ergo grip, AFG, and thanks to PK90 I've already got the FDE mags.
