anyone know where i can find a xd9 all black or in any color really in the central area of jersey thats instock reasonably priced? lookin for the 4in service size.

Bought mine about a year ago at SHORE SHOT PISTOL RANGE in lakewood. They are pretty reasonable. It worked out to be about the same as if ordered from buds if you factor in FFL and transfer.

Reasonably priced, and helping out the local guy

I was looking to get one of these in 40sw, but it holds to many boolletz. Can it be special ordered with 15 rd mags?

In wuss (9x19) caliber, you'll need to find a first generation XD9 mag that only holds 15 rounds.
The current generation holds 16.
You may have to settle for a ban-state (NY-type) mag that only holds 10.

There is a company that is permantly altering XD mags to hold 15 rounds

have not got any yet myself but if there pistol mags are like there ar mags they are good but $$
