I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know of any local supplier in central NJ that might have reloading components....primers, powders, and bullets?  I've got a new reloading setup just sitting around until I can find some supplies.

Valley Forge Gun show is in 2 weeks. Its about an hour drive from Central NJ. If you couldnt find what you wanted there, Kings Shooting Supplies is right around the corner and they usually have tons of shit

Gene Salomons on Yellow Brook Rd in Farmingdale carries powder, primers, bullets and brass. He's open tomorrow from 1 to 4. Best prices in the State.

Buy the way. I answered your post on the NJGUNFORUMS when you originally asked.

Yes he's had his FFL for over 30 years and will order whatever you want as long as it's NJ legal.

Hey Lugerman, small world, now I just have to spot a bolt face decal on a car and find out it's you!

I called Salomons last week and he was all out of the things I need, like everyone else I've tried...just hoping to get lucky somewhere!

Thanks for the help

If your getting lucky and finding the things you need, you are probably getting raped which isn't too lucky. Viscious cycle.

Then your only option is to visit the VF show the weekend of the 19th. and 20th. Tony from T&T Reloading will have what you need. His pricing is fair.

PS. No need to look for the bolt decal. IM or email me and we can meet anytime!!!!!

Just a heads up,  I was at the Oaks show last weekend.  He (T&T) didnt have any small rifle primers. Seems people are still buying those up.

 Just an FYI.

           Scott.

Edit: for clarity.

Still huh? Did he have any magnum small rifle primers by chance?

They only had pistol primers. I didnt ask if they were available.

It was a small show, i'm thinking he'd be better prepared for a larger show, but who knows.

Solomans had all kinds of powder for the AR,  so I bought 2 pounds of 748 on 9/2.  Paid $32.00.  Loaded my first 100 ever.  Shot great groups at 100yds, with my 16" S+W M+P from prone.  25.0gr, 25.5, and 26.0grs.  The 26.0grs over 55gr spbt grouped 1". The 25.0 came in second little over 1.6", and the 25.5 were +- 2.0".  The down side, he had no primers or projectiles for the AR. Good luck.
