Sick fucker who made the image, for sure - If it's a Photoshop, the guy in the pic might not be involved at all, he might just have put a pic somewhere of himself with a small deer.

Nah, it said something about those in that country that saw the photo but never reported it could face charges, It also went on to say that anyone involved in producing/displaying the photo could as well, so that would be the entire Facebook organisation, the news papers let alone everybody in the entire world that has cast an eye over it, I doubt they'd have enough court time to prosecute everybody.
