I'v just had a good look at the C of F for the 9th December, is it normal to have two sighters at 100?
I thought we always went straight in at the 100 standing & kneeling and did sighters for all the other distances, I'm doing a laminated Aid Memoire and want to get it right first time round.

Thanks for the welcome, Looking forward to it even more than last time, Maybe I might do a bit better second time round? Shame there is no running as I wanted to have a go at that? Tayfix. I'm sure the rest of us won't mind you running between the firing points if you feel the urge...... |

26 at this time, but I expect entries to be 30+ by sunday +1 Spectator (Cause this fecking Bradley bloke won't sell me a rifle Bob you never entered and never had any other intention of entering In fact you've only recently taken Up shooting and only have a .22, or at least a slot for one. You don't even have the relevant safety certificate so please stop giving false info with regards to me. Thanks You were only ever going to come along to watch |

Quoted: You should be able to borrow one! Now THAT would be cool, however, I have NEVER even seen one of these comps before, let alone tried to shoot in one so NEWBIE (or NUMPTY) would be an apt description and I couldn't envisage anyone allowing such a person to shoot with their pride and joy! |

Everything I have said in relation to my getting a rifle from you has been with my tongue firmly in my cheek and only ever meant in a jokey way. I honestly didn't intend to cause you any offence. I have actually been shooting one thing or another since I was 13yrs old (Air rifles, Air pistols, .22LR target rifle, shot guns then back to air rifles, then airsoft pistols (practical Pistol) and last year back to .22LR). It's true I have only recently been interested in the AR style rifle and learning more about practical rifle/mini rifle/CSR competitions. I need to know a lot more than I do about what rifles/calibres are considered best for CSR shooting before I submit my FAC variation. Once again though, sincere apologies if you thought I was being offensive. ATB Bob |
