I like this one.

Mr Brown told the BBC: "I think when you are behind in the polls you have got to regard yourself as the fighter. or maybe even the unloved

"Everything I have ever won in my life I have had to fight for." Like in the last elections

He may loose the election but he'll still keep his twisted sense of humour.

Seems to me that although everyone is expecting Labour to lose this year, the Conservatives are not as far ahead as they should be.

I fully expected Labour to lose last time, but they did not.

Is there any chance of them winning this time ? I sincerely hope not. I just have a nagging fear that they will just scrape through.

Well the Conservatives may not want to win.
political strategists are saying any elected party will only serve one term due to the hard decisions and actions required to undo the damage done  by the former chancilor and his cronies. so the twat would be able to say "look you were all wrong I was the right man for  the job" god help you all over there.

It's a vote to decide which set of lying incompetent bastards we don't want in office the most, rather than an election for a Government.

I'm looking forward to the day when we have a politician that inspires the nation rather than the utter disdain and contempt we have for our political system at the moment.........

Just keep voting the bastards out until we get some that know what they are doing.

I fear this is the way our politics are destined to go for some time. The trouble is a single term will not be enough to put right all the mistakes of previous governments, of whichever party. Rotating the idiots every four years can only be a damage limitation exercise....I think Labour aren't as confident as Gordon and they are quietly creating as much damage to the country as possible so the Tories won't have a hope in hell of making any headway before re-election looms. Pointless really as I'm sure they are quite capable of screwing things up on their own, just in different directions..
