at IWM Duxford, weather was dry if not exactly sunny.

View from the window, one wing good, two wings better!

Aircraft is 3 years older than me (no it wasn't built in 1930)

Filled the car on Thursday morning, Friday the dealers say my new car is ready to collect.  Sod that, not giving them the old car with almost a full tank, so say I'll pick it Tuesday, and do some mileage.   Weather forecast for Llansilin not looking good but east of the country was dry and Duxford was on the list for a visit.  Flight in the Rapide wasn't part of the original plan.

Cool,

I went to Diggle in my new acquisition.

Got soaked and then endured torrential rain all the way from Manchester all the way back to London.

Visibility at times was horrendous, but man and machine arrived back in one piece

Today I was shooting black pistols on the military training grounds at Kulsbjerg, southern Zealand. First 8 stations 5 shots .22 each, then 7 stations 5 shots 9 mm each. 25 degrees C, humidity 80%  In other words: Pardini rulez!

Sorry no piccies from Kulsbjerg, but I promise to take some at the next event down there , the danish championship september 19/20.
Though this is what the qualifing match for the nationals looked like: (Jægerspris range)
Jægerspris 'Terrain East' match
We shot .22 on saturday and 9mm / .38 on sunday. (pics from sunday on that site as well)
Here's the two black ones:

I don't shoot IPSC, so have no reason to get a (insert your own expletive here) gun like an STI. My 9 mm Pardini  has only stovepiped once in about 3000 shots and that was completely my own fault: Oil on the feed ramp
