If UK don't stock it, even if it is not subject to any restriction, you cannot get it:

Thanks for your recent email!
I apologize but at this time we are do not offer retail service to international customers.
I understand the sole purpose of the product will be used in the USA, since we are aware of you living in the UK you will onyl be able to place orders through our Midway UK dealer.

I've had mixed experiences with midwayUK. I've placed 5 orders the last 3 years. Quickest I've had one was 8 days, slowest was 16. I understand postage is free over a certain amount, which is good, but the flat rate postage charge is a bit much. If you wanted to buy a peel washer then £8.85 is way too much, but if you bought a load of bullets then it can work out really cheap. They might not sell some things, but they do have some things that no one else seems to have. Some things are cheap, some things are overpriced, but the majority of the UK guntrade is like that.

S'pose it's a way of getting you to place bigger orders.......which makes more sense.

Personally I've always found them to be quite expensive, and while I've nothing against MidwayUK I have always manages to source kit more cheaply...but the UK guntrade is generally over-priced.

I find it seems to be the importers who cream off the biggest profits..... an importer I have nearly had dealings with previously sticks £500 on the price of a rifle the second it comes into the country....... and this issue of Manufacturers only dealing with one importer is bad for shooters...... it stifles the market because they have no competition to help keep prices realistic.
