.... Mousegunner-UK and the respective ladies went down to Bowness on Windermere and watched The Ukelele Orchestra of Great Britain..... A superb show with many classics and comtemporary hits from the likes of Wheatus (Teenage Dirtbag) and the Sex Pistols (Anarchy)..   The evening was only marred by the stroppy ushers who bollocked us both for trying to capture some of it on our phones... Bought the DVD and it is way better quality than I could capture of phone...... Wife got all of them to sign it too.  I can heartily recommend a visit to one of their UK dates...... Cracking hotel (Salutation again), excellent food (Lucys) and can't remeber how much drink we got through, but someone who shall remain nameless looked like they were gonna hurl coming back up through the Lakes... heh |
Just starting to feel better now, although my kidneys are aching still
