Anyone planning to enter the any comps in the Bisley Spring into Action meet next month ?

I'm hopefully entering the 200 YARDS ACTION SHOOT but with my single-shot 310 cadet as my 'military rifle with iron sights' - getting of 10 shots in a minute is do-able and will be interesting.

May also do the mcqueen with my No4(T) forgery if I pop the scope back on.

Definitely, do you have a link for comps and entry forms?

Interesting use of classes for that event, me thinks that the course designer only shoots GR

Could well be but I think it's specifically to promote gallery/action disciplines. I'm currently toying with Speed Steels with the V22, Bianchi with the Buckmark and McQueen with the T4 .

You should do well with the V22 in the steels, if the mags hold up and you use good ammo.

The Buckmark...?

The T4, you WILL be outgunned, but hey, lets not forget you are taking part; which is more than most here do!

I like steels with the V22. 11th at last years Phoenix but I think the overall time between me and first was about 1 second, with all those others scattered in between. I also noticed some gamey starts . I adhered to the rules of a parallel start position but some had it in the shoulder and the RO's weren't picking them up for it.

Buckmark(Long Barrelled Pistol), they have their own Division.

I don't expect medals with the T4, or any of it for that matter. I am in it for the fun and with the McQueen would be happy just to get them on the paper every time.

Well, squadding notice received. I tried out the new irons on the Buckmark last note and they worked ok but I will probably wimp out and put the Tasco dot back on for the comp.

Might also go for the 200yard comp. if it's possible on the day........if I don't screw up the McQueen

I've just picked up x2 EER scope for my buckmark, if I can make it to the comp, it should be interesting
