The knife amnesty didn't work  and that's official.Even the Police and Government are saying that it isn't the knife that's the problem, but the people who use them.  Surprise surprise |

Just a shame that with the guns it is us dangerous 'gun owners' that are the problem and not the in-animate pistol! Why arn't the 'knife owners' considered dangerous but we are? Oh well, lets just give a mandatory 5 years inside for anyone carrying a knife! That will solve the problem :D |
I agree to an extent but alot of these Clowns just see time "in the Pen" as Kudos amongst thier piers, common sense doesnt seem to compute with elements of todays youth
