Wot Taffy said....Whereabouts in France were you ?

Saw a TV prog last year about a guy from the UK selling up and buying a place in France for Carp fishing....He drained the lakes before stocking them with £50K worth of fish, after the locals tipped him off about a monster catfish....They managed to catch it, weighed 400lbs....

That prog was about clearwater lakes in Brittany, Nice lake with some decent fish. My place was a complex called Les Quis which is about 4 hrs south of Paris with carp to over 60lb and some monster catfish also.
