Wife is over in Newcastle today and asked if I wanted anything, I suggested she pick up some Reloader 15 if she passed a gun shop on her travels......

She rang one and was told that they wouldn't sell it to her without my ticket?

Edit:  Â£32 a tub.....

Has the law changed?  Or is this becoming a common practice?

My local rip-off merchant gundealer knows me and only wants my ticket for ammo never powder.

however there is another dealer I sometimes visit and he want to see ticket for powder and heads...

their shop their rules I suppose....but it's not a legal requirement

It'll be law soon.

Lets be honest its not a huge hassle to take your licence to the gunshop

I guess not, but the hastle will come when you are forced to use your local gunshop (who often have jack shit in stock) and ordering by mail is impossible......

There are 2 dealers within 30 miles of me, neither of which has any Reloader 15 or CCI primers....
