I missed the whole handgun thing before they were banned.... What are the pros/cons for 7.3. Is it worth the hassle ? Easy to obtain (usual good reason ?) So far all I know is that the pistol is stored on the club premises with a section 5 dealer required to transport pistol around the country. Are there any other restrictions ? Are there many RFD's who sell suitable 7.3 hardware ? What sort of prices am I looking at ? (Would like an auto..... )Any info much appreciated Cheers Steven |

This whole thing does my head in. I was trustworthy enough to be allowed 5 pistols.Me and the wife shot them twice weekly. I'm now only trustworthy enough to be allowed 6 Rifles(on my FAC due to size of HO approved safe) Strange that I could potentialy kill more people at a greater distance with a rifle than with a pistol confuses me. Since my pistols were handed in and banned....gun crime rose by 40% This could be attributed to a natural rise, ok ...therefore removing hanguns from legitimate owners did not stop or slow down the rise in gun crime. I payed a price and lost my pistols...It acheived nothing. I want full fullbore pistol satus reinstated. No half measures or compromises. It's been proved...the figures speak for themselves..... Legitimate held hanguns or rifles ....do not comit crime Taffy Steps down from the soapbox awaits flame ![]() |
If you take them to AZ in March, then I will gladly shoot them for you ![]() Mark ps, thanks for the generous offer |
No flame Taffster, you speaketh the truth... Even more insanely and illogically, get a job in Northern Ireland and you can still own the things for 'sporting purposes' AND you can legally own and carry firearms about to shoot bad people. ![]() Our Americans cousins tell us about how they can CCW a handgun, pfft! 'REAL' CCW is a HK MP5K... ANdy |
