Anyone here plate a OHV for on road use? What was the process? I am trying to plate a new to me 2003 KTM EXC here in NM. I bought it from a dude in TX, who gave me the Title that has "Off-highway use only" printed on it, but all my research shows KTMs of this year/make/model come with "Open" titles/MCOs. From what I can tell, it was never plated/registered. I know people who have registered OHV vehicles for on-road use, but I am not able to find how it was done as all the info online seems to be outdated. MVD wasn't too helpful as they passed me off to others, but from the little info they let slip, it seems like I need to get a replacement MCO from KTM. Any advise? |
