I am here in Albuquerque on leave for the next two weeks, my brother is driving up right now to hang out. What are the decent hangouts/bars for College age kids around NMU and the downtown area?

Monte Vista on Thursdays is college night. Two fools isn't bad for a Guinness. Kelly's is a great place for food and micro-brewed beer, plus the waitresses are easy on the eyes. Those are my top three, all in Knob Hill, all on Central.
I love Horse and Angel but it is up by the top of Eubank and Juan Tabo, not as close to UNM, but a solid place. |
