But is the homeowner in any sort of legal trouble? I certainly hope not. I just feel better when the news report says, "homeowner faces no charges".

Wasn't the happy ending I was thinking about, but still the only thing better is what I call a two-fore, that is where we get two for one, the buyer wants to rob the dealer, the dealer wants to rob the buyer, they shoot each other, both dirt bags are dead, the lowest cost path for us tax payers.
