I was trying to adjust the front sight on my Winchester 1894 today, I was being pretty careful, but I knocked it off the barrel. Looking under there, it doesn't look too clean and I'm not surprised it let go. The bluing on this rifle is in good shape and I *really* don't want to mess with it. Hoping there is a gunsmith around who has the skills to get it back on there without having to refinish the barrel.
