It has been incredibly busy! Garland County has had its share of fires. Yesterday afternoon simultaneously there was a structure fire, two brush fires greater than five acres, a maintenance trailer fire on the by-pass and two mop up operations on brushfires that had occurred earlier. Talk about thin resources, mutual aid companies were leaving one scene and responding to the next call. We sent one of our firefighters to the hospital, three others received iv's at the structure fire and were sent home due to heat related physical stress. We are roasting!  No bodies found in the city!
