I finally took the challenge of doing my own trigger work on my 10-22. The factory trigger was terrible. After having reviewed some Youtube videos and spending some time on Rimfirecentral I was able to get a grasp of what was needed. I took the stock trigger which was around 6.5 lbs of pull to just over 3 lbs now. And it's much smoother. Having a Dremel works wonders.
Now I'm gonna work on a few factory AR-15 triggers and see if I can smooth and lighten them just a bit. |

I dunno about the factory parts in a 10/22 ( I just swap em for Power Custom EDM parts, anyway), but AR triggers are just surface hardened (damned thin) and pretty damn soft underneath it. You might successfully "fix" one, but I bet you ruin several in the process. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
