I looked it up a while back and Arkansas does not recognize common law marriage.

like said before hope all goes well for you brother. first step is getting her(hopefully her

) out of the house. i was watching cops one time and the person had all there clothes and stuff in a house and the guy kicked her out. the cops said it was her place because all her clothes and things were there. i would start looking for boxs and help pack.
