| Newark mayor. I honestly can see this as a good thing. The people that will be targeted will most likely be the low life's who shouldn't have a gun to begin with. I would say this is targeted at the ghettos. Easy way for someone to make $1000.00. From the looks of the video your initial call in is anonymous. You then have to call in again to get verified and some code to go to a bank and collect the money. After all it's targeting illegal carriage not legal gun owners although I'm sure some will see this as some kind of 2nd amendment violation which sounds like a NJ problem to begin with. |

It isn't a 2A problem, it is a FREEDOM problem. Any misinformed idiot can call in and get anyone hassled.
This will do nothing to curb gang violence. If anything it will send a few petty gangbangers to prison where they can learn to be a real threat to society when they get out in 2-5years. |
