Why do i have to ship a lower to FFL dealer?

asinine ATF regs... the lower is the "firearm" so "the man" wants to follow it everywhere it goes.

you can post a wtb ad in the ee. Or you can create an account on gunbroker.com its like ebay for guns. If you dont mind it being on paper, you can probab order a mega lower from Ranier arms for 125. May as well start with the best.

Id rather it be off paper. The less paper the better.

I might have an extra lower, I will know if a few days, it is complete except the buffer tube and stock.

if decoys lower comes through, we have a good stock source too.
