| been gone awhile, had some health problems, few surgeries again but i was wondering about a ar15 i throwed together out of spare parts about a few years ago and somebody off the forum in the army bought it off me,anyway i sold it ftf no paperwork that was legal in arkansas right,im pretty sure i asked on here if it was ok...i tried to find who i sold it too ,but cant bring it up. thanks. |
| Letter of the law says if it is a sale across state lines it has to be through an FFL no matter what type of firearm. I have a friend that just sold a rifle across statelines ftf. The buyer then went and decided to get all felonious with said rifle. Didn't work out to well fo rmy friend, but it looks like the ATF is gonna let him walk. However, he KNEW the guy lived in a different state. If this guy told you that he was from Arkansas, that covers you pretty much as it shows there was no intent to commit a crime. |
