Well i want a Sistema 1911 now... and not for any other reason than that. And i'll be getting some Duracoat Firearm Finish while i'm at it. But to my question... does The Gander Mt. in LR have them? If so Price? Or any other store in Ar or a place near NW Ar have them? Or anybody in here have one they want to sell? I want one or two. Thanks |

There was a guy that had a gunshop in Washburn Missouri that had a couple on Gunbroker.com a few months ago. I think he wanted $450 or so. I thought that was a little high so I passed. Watch the auction sites cause they come up regularly. Another option is the Ballester-Molina. Same barrel and mags as the 1911, but that and .45 acp is the only interchangable items. They do have a similar grip and feel as the 1911 and are a lot cheaper. Frequently less than $300. I have a couple and like them. steve |
