It was OK. As per normal SOP all the AK's, AR's and SKS's were way over priced. Some dealers are still wanting over a grand for a CAR-15. I did score some Adventure line 30 rounders, got 6 for $20.00 and I dont think they have ever seen what a magazine well looks like. He had about 50 more in a box but I had other stuff to get. They are out of wrap with the powdery gray finish. Hopefully they will function fine but if not it is no big loss for the price. Ammo was a bummer only a few dealers and NO ONE had cases of anything. All in all a normal Springdale gunshow, I did notice more of the idiot college rapper wannabes this time though. Edit: I did notice multiple 8-10 year old following dad around while toting a new .410 or .22. Maybe all hope for the next generation is not lost. |

Sounds like a normal show, minus the cases. 2 years ago I picked up a 1400rd case of 8mm Turk for $80 out the door. Probably the best $80 I ever spent, minus the $75 sporterized Mosin I picked up in Tulsa in October. Too bad I didn't get paid until the 30th. I could have used some AK 30rders.
