Is their a FFL holder (ideally an individual) in Northwest Arkansas Area that would handle the purchase of one of the SEBR rifles that AR15.com is offering for a nominal fee?

Rebel Arms on 412E at Nob Hill is a nice place to go, it is a small gun shop but the guy does transfers cheaper than Ozark Armory. 479-789-2913 is the number.
