Service has been excellent there lately. Had three guys ask me if I need help or if I needed cabinets opened to look at a gun. After purchasing a rifle two of them and a manager came out and shook my hand. Went back today to get more ammo, and received similar treatment. Plus there's a nice looking blonde that works in the gun dept.

Good to hear they're turning around. Back when they opened the manager of gun sales with the mustache was very pro assault weapons ban. I asked them about ordering AR15's and he explained their anti "assault weapon" policy and how even if it wasn't Scheel's policy he still wouldn't allow military style firearms to be sold in his store because no one needed a gun like that.

I hate to say it, but the last time I was in Guns Unlimited they were pretty cool. No grouchy Fudd attitude that they had become notorious for over the years.

Bass Pro on the other hand has some employees that shouldn't be cleaning piss off the urinals, never the less selling guns. This was before the panic so maybe they restaffed, but holy shit I've never seen gun store employees ignore people and act so shitty when they asked to see something. I'm glad I didn't end up with the M&P carbine I had came in to buy though, so I guess it worked in my favor.

Agree on the good service. Bought my G23 there from the Handgun Manager. Nice guy.

Can't say I've seen the blonde working though.

We had a nice little chat while she went extra slow ringing me up, you know, so she could spend more time with me. I think if I buy 3000 more rounds it'll be a done deal my friend.
