[ARCHIVED THREAD] - NE CCW Question

Hey, I've got a family memeber that is a MO CCW holder that just moved to NE. Does NE recognize a MO CCW? I assume that she is required to notify the county sheriff within a certain amount of time?

Any help would be appreciated.

Someone more knowledgeable than myself will come along to help but in the mean time.............

Yes Nebraska honors Missouri permits. Is she becoming a Nebraska resident? Then she will eventually have to get a Nebraska permit. Not aware that she would have to inform anyone.

If they are becoming a permanent resident, they will have to get a NE CCW.

Probably have them contact the Nebraska State Patrol.
