I had SnapShots in NKC do mine, removed a pinned flash hider and pinned a new one on.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. After I got bids from both vendors, I went with ADCO and it did great work and got my barrel back to me within the week. I'm quite impressed. Normally I would like to stay local but $65+ to pin seemed a little high to me.
