I do not know for certainty that this information is correct but according to a lady that posts on this thread here www.ksccw.com/site/showthread.php?t=6144&page=8 SB 46 has until the 14th to be vetoed by the Governor. After that it becomes law without here signature. Her post is the third one down. I link it here because she was a very solid source of quality information about the bill for the last few weeks. Getting closer! I have heard that she may not veto it, simply because the numbers are there to override the veto. If that's the case, it goes down that she didn't endorse it, and it doesn't waste time and resources come the veto session. They have coal powerplants in Holcomb to worry themselves with... |
Ask her again. She had it wrong and corrected herself. Deadline is 10 days from April 11th. |
