With all of these shootings going on in (mostly) Omaha, how do we as gun owners try and educate the public on guns and gun safety? Im sure some people would think its not gun owners responsibility but with everything going on, wouldnt it help if we could offer something more than, "Its my right to own them" or "If you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns". I am thinking we need to start being a little more active and vocally positive in our communities before things get more out of hand. I am posting this to spur some kind of discussion on what we should/could do. Thanks, Tracy |
