pleads guilty? you sure?  after seeing a ton of nebraskans say "good riddance, i never wanna know anything about him ever again, etc. etc." there sure seems to be a huge interest in the story that i've seen in the local news.

what i was getting at was "no contest" is not the same as "guilty".

No Contest is not technically the same as pleading guilty, but it has the same effect. The statement is neither a denial nor an admission of guilt. Someone who pleas no contest agrees to accept punishment as if he is guilty of the crime for which he is accused.
In the end, you will be convicted of the crime that you were charged with and your record will show that you have been convicted of the crime that you were charged, hence street racing on your record. SBG |
