This is the latest I recall.  Been snowing in South Anch since about 2:00, ground is getting covered now that the temp dropped.

Same out here in north pole.  I vote for finding the weatherman and giving him a blanket party

Seriously though, what the heck?

The volcano is really a Russian weather changer. They are going to invade just after it stops raining here in Juneau.

But the important question is, will I still get a ticket for driving my wife's car with studs on?

Crazy how quickly the snow disappeared today in Anchorage!

Anybody driven the Richardson between Black Rapids and Glennallen since it snowed? Sposed to head back tomorrow night.  I'm figuring it'll be fine by then, but the alaska 511 website is all doom and gloom about that section of road.

Yesterday I flew to Anchorage and back.  It was raining most of the time I was there, then it turned to sleet then snow.

The snow in town in Fairbanks had melted away.

Last night there was supposed to be 3-6 inches above 1500'

I work on Murphy Dome which is high.  My truck is in the shop so I haven't been up there today (Saturday).  I have the feeling I will be plowing yet again.  Plenty of residual snow up there even before the snow.

There is something wrong about having to push snow with my blade up top while down below I'm riding my motorcycle around.

Everyone bought starter plants on Mother's Day sales.  They probably all died.  Everyone swapped off their winter tires.

And now I hear it is flooding....

What's next, locust?

The only difference is the Princess Cruise Trash bag rain suits they give out. And usually the locusts smell better.

Played rugby on saturday at Davis Fields (Mountain View and Boniface) and had 3 inches on the field... What sucked even worse was leaving SinRock at 5:30 AM this morning and it was sunny and clear blue skies.
