| I went to run some errands and the wife called me and asked if I noticed the ceiling was leaking before I left the house. It must have started a little after I left, (330pm). Now its dripping 1 per second in 4-5 different spots within a few inches of each other. I called the land lord and she said call the office and she would also forward the message to the handy man. That was around 430pm. Haven't heard shit back and its starting to get worse. I'm getting about half gallon of water in my bucket every hour. She mentioned that some other units were leaking as well but not in this complex. IDK how they are gonna pay to get this fixed, they didn't pay the garbage man for 6 weeks on 4 different occasions. |

It's barelly leaking now but still dripping. The guy said this is the 5th time they fixed this leaking roof/ceiling. He sound the outside outlet also runs this heating element that keeps the rain gutter from freezing. He asked me to flip the breaker. Well the breaker has always been on. I think the outlet is busted outside, it never worked since I moved in 2 years ago. I tried changing my tires with an impact gun and couldn't get the 4 outlets out there to work. |
