Didn't swing wide enough since some jackwagon was driving in the middle of the road and I'm also a jackwagon for not simply waiting and then swinging wide. Caught the edge of the soft and it sucked me into the fence. 
Friggin', fragggin, FFFFUUUUUUUU. 
Shovel and Ice breaker...the tools of salvation.

I'd already done most of the work, it turns out, before I took a break and took the pictures. The body was sitting on the hard pack, almost highcentered but, not quite. Few minutes after the pics managed to bust a good chunk of ice free and fish it out from under the body. Couldn't go backwards more than a couple of inches, after a few tries, managed to finally get enough traction to push through and back on to the hard pack, sorta. Think I'll level that section out a bit tomorrow. I need to get my pickup fixed this year, has just a bit more clearance and 4wd.

Its alright... I backed into the back of the gate post at work today and screwed up my bed. Fence was half open, went to dodge it and ended up clipping the other gate post. Only going 2mph but it was enough to crush the corner so that my tailgate is fucked. It no longer can latch on that side and is wedged at the moment. Looks like its flatbed time finally... been planing on it for sometime anyways. Didnt help that that corner of the bumper was already compromised.
