Paid my new soon to be best friend Carter a visit today at his new shop. Guys, this is THE place. First, Carter is a great guy. He's got EVERYTHING. Well, close to everything. They're still setting up shop, and a lot of stuff is still coming in.
Carter is carrying or will be carrying soon: Magpul... more or less everything they make available to the public. Noveske guns and I think uppers. Maybe he can confirm. KAC... guns and parts. While I was waiting for them to open, the FEDEX guy showed up with a box of URX rails, micro BUIS, and Triple Tap brakes. He also installs the URX. Aimpoint Trijicon Glock Springfield SIG Colt CMMG .22 conversions Surefire LT mounts Sidearmor And that's just the stuff that caught my eye in the 20 minutes I was there. They also carry ammo (and will be selling in house reloaded ammo), and provide gunsmith services though I'm not sure to what extent. Oh, and $25 transfers if you visit the shop and get on the list. Prices are OUTSTANDING on everything I saw. Below internet pricing. I picked up a ton of PMags today... all priced under brownells trade discount pricing. Got to check out a factory Noveske SPR which was so badass that I started to tear up a little. He told me that he'll be getting in the upcoming special run SPR guns in FDE as well. Also saw 2 FDE FN SCARs. AND if that wasn't enough, he's looking into setting up a 100yd indoor range in Ewa. My subconscious made me forget my credit card there so I have to go back tomorrow morning... I was already planning on it though. There's something there that I need to take home. Sorry... I'm rambling on... it's just great to have a local source for all the stuff I'd normally look for online, and at very good prices. Carry on. |

Carter was very fast to respond via internet/email and phone. Very fast on getting my order out the door. I hope to be spending more cash with OGC in the future! I'll be telling my friends about Carter and the great service. I wish we had a store like that on Kauai... I would probably be broke more often...
